The QCCM program is a great way to expand your skills and knowledge, access helpful resources, and network with other family child care providers. Here’s what you can expect:
Work on developing your business
Tools, resources, coaching, and professional learning to help grow your business (Ex: building a budget, marketing, knowledge of minimum standards)
Learn research-based approaches to child care
Learn more about early childhood development and apply this knowledge to curriculum and learning environments, access to resources that support high-quality child care environments
Join a strong network of family child care providers
Work together with other family child care providers in your community to build a strong support network
You’ll also work one-on-one with a mentor throughout the program to achieve your personal goals. Additionally, professional learning hours may be used for annual training hours.
