AVANCE Bammel is a place where the whole child is nurtured –socially, cognitively, emotionally, and physically; taught from an educational standpoint. Great and exciting things are happening at AVANCE Bammel, and you have chosen an amazing place for your child to thrive.

As an educator and a mother, I am well aware of the many emotions you may be juggling at this time. I have an extensive education and operations background that spans early childhood development and education. I began my teaching career as a preschool teacher at a License Childcare Education facility many years ago, including working as a four-year-old teacher at Little People’s Academy. As I follow my divine educational path and purpose, I am blessed to be the Director at AVANCE Bammel Head Start for the fourth year. Realizing how the world of childcare and education constantly evolves, I am always pursuing professional development. My continuous goal is to provide a high level of care and education services to the children, families, and staff at AVANCE Bammel Head Start.

Along with our leadership team and staff, I am excited about the challenges and rewards of being a critical part of your child’s future. I look forward to working with all parents/guardians and establishing positive relationships. Trust, communication, and understanding are vital parts of these relationships. I am a strong proponent of an open-door policy, and I welcome conversations regarding your child(ren) to ensure a successful school year.

I am blessed beyond measure to be given this opportunity to serve your child and family. I believe AVANCE programs are designed to meet the students at their unique level of development and growth. I am fully committed to this position as Center Administrator. I will work collaboratively with our staff to ensure each family and child has a positive early educational experience.
