The National Coffee Association (NCA), established in 1911, is the oldest and largest trade organization representing the U.S. coffee industry, encompassing all segments from producers to retailers, and advocating for the industry through education, advocacy, and connection.
This was a big deal for us because it was the first time we had such a large volunteer group, showing how dedicated we are to our community.
The volunteers were split into teams and got to work, putting together 1,300 educational kits. These kits will be given to children, helping their parents get involved in their learning during our upcoming virtual parent summit.
It’s not just about education; it’s about creating strong bonds between parents and kids through fun and engaging activities.
These kits are also a key part of celebrating the Week of the Young Child, emphasizing the importance of parents’ active involvement in early childhood development. By encouraging interactive experiences, we’re helping families build meaningful connections and enrich young children’s lives.
